How it works
Five stops. Every one leaves a record.
The sequence below is the actual pipeline, in the order it runs. Nothing skips a stop, and every stop can be traced back to the one before it.

1Source evidence
A claim from an episode, with the speaker, the episode number, the official page, and the timestamp where the page has one. Nothing enters without a source.

2Conditional principle
Several cases become one principle, stated with the conditions under which it held and the conditions under which it failed. Counterexamples stay attached.

3Condition difference
When one of your live decisions matches a principle, the system states what is the same and what is different. If nothing matches, it stays quiet.

4Recorded outcome
You write what you decided and what you expected. At the follow-up date you record what happened.

5Revised principle
The outcome revises the principle. Every revision keeps its history, so a principle can be read as it was on any given day.
Epistemic layers
Every claim wears its layer.
Five layers separate what a founder said from what the system concluded and from what you did with it. They are never merged, and the flag sits next to every claim on every surface.

Boundaries
What it refuses to do.
The refusals are part of the product. Each one protects either the source or your trust in what you read.
- Not a transcript browser.Short excerpts with attribution only. No full transcripts, no bulk downloads, no long reproductions of anyone's work.
- Not a chatbot.It does not answer in a founder's voice or roleplay a persona. It shows cases, countercases, and condition differences, with sources.
- Not a resale.It is built for a small private group on top of the owner's own reading and notes. Nothing is sold on.
- Nothing unverified as fact.Unverified imports stay visibly unverified. If a timestamp, speaker, or outcome is unknown, the record says so instead of guessing.
Proof
Measured, not claimed.
The pilot is evaluated on every rebuild. These are the current figures, each measured 2026-09-21. Every evidence card resolves to an official episode link and, where the page has one, a timestamp.
Invites
A small group, by invitation.
Invites open to a small group in Q4 2026 and are given by the owner directly. If you run a company and make decisions you would like tested against documented history, ask.
Requests are taken directly by the owner. There is no form to fill in.
